Biography

Suat Çiçek graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Economics, and began his professional career in the audit and consulting sector. He completed a Master’s degree in Finance and a PhD in Finance at Aydın University. He has more than 25 years of experience in advisory services and has worked at an international audit firm, private companies and one of Türkiye’s leading business groups.

Areas of Expertise

He has extensive experience in internal audit and internal control services, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in audit services.

Professional Qualifications and Memberships

Suat Çiçek has been a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) since 2000 and holds an Independent Auditor Certificate authorized by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK). He is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants, the Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Türkiye (TURMOB), and the Association of Independent Audit.
