Biography

Taceddin Yazar graduated from Çukurova University, Department of Finance (English), and began his professional career in audit and consulting in 2004. From 2016 to 2024, he served as an Equity Partner at a leading international audit and consulting firm. Throughout his career, he has provided audit, assurance and advisory services to national and international companies as well as publicly listed companies.

Areas of Expertise

He has extensive knowledge and experience in Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP and German GAAP, as well as in consolidation, IFRS conversion and implementation, international auditing standards, internal audit, financial due diligence and valuation.

Professional Qualifications and Memberships

He has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2009 and holds an Independent Auditor’s Certificate issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (POA). He also holds an Independent Audit License issued by the Undersecretariat of the Treasury of the Republic of Türkiye. He is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants, the Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Türkiye (TURMOB), and the Association of Independent Audit.
